Halley Marsh is a Program Manager at NOCHE, responsible for all Talent Development programs. She implements NOCHE's roundtables that connect business with higher education faculty in industries key to the region. She also brings her strategic marketing and project management skills to manage NEOintern, NOCHE's internship program, and is actively working to increase the number of available internships and the number of students completing internships in Northeast Ohio.
Prior to joining NOCHE, Halley was a consultant at Caxton Growth and idc3, helping manufacturers and distributors improve communications and marketing strategy through customer relationship management, strategic communications, and executive training. Earlier in her career, Halley developed marketing and software sales strategies at a customer relationship management consulting firm and worked as a marketing consultant for CGI, a large information technology consulting firm. She has been published in numerous publications, including Progressive Distributor, IndustryWeek, and Frontline Solutions. Halley Marsh has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from John Carroll University and a Master's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
