Oberlin College, founded in 1833, is an independent coeducational institution. It comprises two divisions, the College of Arts and Sciences and the Conservatory of Music. Oberlin offers Bachelor of Arts and bachelor of music degree programs, as well as a combined five-year program leading to both degrees. Oberlin College is highly selective and dedicated to recruiting students from diverse backgrounds. Oberlin was the first truly coeducational college in the United States, as well as an early leader in educating black students.

Kacie Beck is Office Manager at NOCHE, where she is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, event planning, office administration and the IT infrastructure.  She also has expertise in financial reporting and analysis, web site development, publication design and production, fundraising and marketing communications.

Prior to joining NOCHE, Kacie was the Center Financial Manager for the Center for Family, School and Community at Education Development Center (EDC), an international nonprofit organization based in Boston, with more than 325 projects dedicated to enhancing learning, promoting health, and fostering a deeper understaning of the world.  During her seven  years at EDC, Kacie also worked as a Project Coordinator for the Urban Special Education Leadership Collaborative, managing the daily operations of a national membership organization for directors of special education.

Kacie has also worked as an Account Executive, managing all phases of direct marketing and fundraising for several national and regional nonprofit organizations. She served as Coordinator of Allocations and Volunteer Programs for Project Bread-The Walk for Hunger, managing the annual grant allocations of $1.9 million to more than 300 Massachusetts emergency food providers. Kacie has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Babson College .
