A NEOintern Approved internship is a high-quality learning experience for students in Northeast Ohio. A NEOintern Approved internship must meet the following criteria:
- Be compensated
- Be more than making copies—no more than 20% clerical work
- Be supervised
- Have specific learning goals
- Have a formal orientation session
- Be a meaningful experience that blends hands-on training, learning and networking
