School Spotlight

Established in 1848, Chancellor University (formerly Myers University) was one of the first business colleges in the United States, as well as Cleveland’s first post-secondary educational institution. The university’s mission is to serve first-generation college students, with scholarship assistance for inner-city Cleveland students, and to provide working adults with the chance to earn a regionally-accredited degree.

Patrick Britton joined NOCHE as a Program Manager in 2011. He manages and advertises regional talent development programs, including NOCHE’s NEOintern.net and Talent Dividend, in collaboration with area economic development organizations. Mr. Britton is a frequent presenter for NOCHE’s “Maximize Your ROI: Return on Intern” employer workshop series.

Before joining NOCHE, Mr. Britton served as the Director of Admissions at Walsh Jesuit High School, and began his career in the admissions office at Baltimore International College in Maryland.

Mr. Britton grew up in Cleveland, attended St. Ignatius High School, received a Bachelor’s degree in history from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusettes and a Master's degree in nonprofit administration from the University of Notre Dame.
