The Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (NOCHE) is a consortium of public and private colleges and universities in the Northeast Ohio region. The Council's members include large research-based universities, a number of mid-sized schools with graduate programs, distinguished liberal arts colleges, community colleges, and several specialized schools focused on a single academic discipline or professional field.

NOCHE's Board consists of the presidents of its member institutions and a comparable number of business leaders.

NOCHE Entrepreneurial Internship Program

The Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education is pleased to offer entrepreneurial companies and small businesses the opportunity to hire interns from the region's colleges and universities. The program goals and objectives are to support regional economic development among northeast Ohio's entrepreneurial firms while increasing career options in entrepreneurship for students in the region. ClevelandIntern.net is an online consortium of 18 Northeast Ohio college and university members whose students can access and apply to internships posted on the site.

Employers use ClevelandIntern.net as a "one-stop-shop" for posting their available internships, searching the resumé database, and managing student resumé submissions.
